The Patch Pocket Shorts are a comfy little addition to your “me made” wardrobe. They are a nice and simple project that you will have finished in just a few hours. The shorts feature a 5cm/2” elasticated waistband and oversized patch pockets on the front make for a refreshing detail. The hem is single turned with a top stitch finish. There are no tricky trims or zipper to worry about. Always remember to take your time and make a mock up in a cheaper fabric before you begin on the final project. This will allow you to make any alterations before you begin ensuring perfect fit.
This is a digital PDF pattern is made up of 16 instruction pages that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. The pattern can be printed on either A4 or US Letter paper. Instruction on printing are contained inside. Print at 100% scaling. This pattern has a scale test to ensure you have printed your pattern correctly. No physical item will be sent. This pattern is written in English and contains measurements in both metric (centimeters) and imperial (inches).

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
- 1.2m (1.3 yards) of main fabric 140cm (1.5yards) wide. Fleece back active wear knits and track suit material are suitable for this style
- 110cm (1.2 yards) of 5cm (2”) elastic for the waistband
OTHER TOOLS REQUIRED
- Matching sewing thread
- Scissors
- Pins
- Over locker (or a sewing machine with zig-zag stitch)
- Printer and A4/US Letter paper to print your pattern
